Notice for Benefit and Support to the Residents of IBGreens Cooperative Housing Association Ltd.

This legal notice serves to inform the public and all members of Lavender CHSL, IBG Aster CHSL, IBG Marigold CHSL, and IBG Tulip CHSL, which are collectively represented by “IBGreens Cooperative Housing Association Ltd.,” about the commitment of the Association towards enhancing the living experience and welfare of its residents.

The Association acknowledges the importance of maintaining a high standard of common facilities and amenities, including but not limited to gardens, playgrounds, swimming poll, and security services. We understand that these are essential to the well-being and satisfaction of our residents.

For Residents' Concerns and Support:

Should any member or resident have concerns, issues, or suggestions regarding the maintenance, security, or any other aspect related to the individual societies, you are encouraged to first reach out to the management committee of your respective society for assistance and support.

For Common Area Issues:

For matters specifically related to common areas and amenities within the jurisdiction of IBGreens Cooperative Housing Association Ltd., we invite you to communicate directly with us by completing the form provided below. Our dedicated team will scrutinize the documents and concerns submitted to ensure timely and effective solutions are sought for the betterment of our entire community.
